Eligibility
Replacements are applicable only if:
Products are damaged during transit
Incorrect items are delivered
Process
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos and unboxing proof may be required
Approved replacements will be processed without additional cost
No returns or replacements are accepted for approved designs, branding errors after client sign-off, or minor variations inherent to manufacturing.
